Bodegas Martinón

In the beginning of 2006, the Martinón family decided to create a winery in Masdache, near the town of Tías.
One of the most appealing aspects of the project was the possibility to prepare a malvasia single-variety, a wine that is prepared exclusively with a single grape variety.

To do this, the family counted on the vineyard it owned, that was mostly comprised of vines of this noble and interesting variety that could also be controlled and spoiled while the family could decide the exact right time to harvest and apply the appropriate treatments.

Since the winery’s foundation, its wines have followed a meticulous preparation plan that functions both with malvasia grapes in their pure state and the most advanced technology. The wines prepared by the winery are Malvasia 100%, Rosado de Ley, and Red.
