\nLa construction remonte \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 du 19e si\u00e8cle. Inscrit au catalogue architectural municipal en 1870, c\u2019est un exemple de l\u2019architecture traditionnelle de Lanzarote, qui s\u2019est conserv\u00e9e malgr\u00e9 son r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement.<\/p>\n

Gin\u00e9s Gonz\u00e1lez Viera est le propri\u00e9taire de ce complexe, de l\u2019ancien pressoir conserv\u00e9 en parfait \u00e9tat, de la boutique gourmet aux produits du terroir, des entrep\u00f4ts et du terrain sur lequel est cultiv\u00e9e la plupart du raisin avec lequel Bodegas La Florida \u00e9labore ses vins et sa nouvelle marque Jameo, des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s malvoisie volcanique, tinto et muscat.<\/p>\n

Il a achet\u00e9 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 il y a sept ans, mais ce n\u2019est qu\u2019en 2012 qu\u2019il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 produire du vin.<\/p>\n

Le b\u00e2timent \u00ab appartenait \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque \u00e0 Luis Ram\u00edrez, qui l\u2019a l\u00e9gu\u00e9 dans son testament \u00e0 des moines, \u00e0 condition que les recettes obtenues de l\u2019exploitation de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et ses nombreux arbres fruitiers, notamment la vigne, soient destin\u00e9es \u00e0 financer les \u00e9tudes des jeunes du village de San Bartolom\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/p>\n
