Le domaine est ouvert quotidiennement au public et dispose d\u2019une vinoth\u00e8que, d\u2019un mus\u00e9e et d\u2019un restaurant pour le plaisir de ses visiteurs.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019histoire moderne de Bodegas Rubic\u00f3n commence en 1979, lorsque Germ\u00e1n L\u00f3pez Figueras, grand amateur de vin, ach\u00e8te le Cortijo de La Geria, qui appartenait alors \u00e0 la famille Fajardo.<\/p>\n<p>Germ\u00e1n acquiert la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 notamment pour la cave, pour se consacrer \u00e0 sa grande passion, l\u2019\u00e9laboration du vin.
