[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=“1\/2″][vc_column_text]Bodegas Rubic\u00f3n ist eine Kellerei in Familienbesitz mit einer \u00fcber drei Jahrhunderten alten Tradition. Sie liegt in La Geria, dem bedeutendsten Weinanbaugebiet der Insel Lanzarote.\u00a0Die Qualit\u00e4t ihrer Weine wurde mit internationalen Preisen ausgezeichnet. Die Weine sind in Europa, Amerika und Asien im Handel.\u00a0Die Kellerei ist t\u00e4glich f\u00fcr Besucher ge\u00f6ffnet. Den Besuchern stehen ein Weinladen, Museum und Restaurant zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n

Die moderne Geschichte von Bodegas Rubic\u00f3n beginnt im Jahr 1979, als der gro\u00dfe Weinliebhaber Germ\u00e1n L\u00f3pez Figueras das Landgut Cortijo de La Geria kaufte, das damals der Familie Fajardo geh\u00f6rte.<\/p>\n

Don Germ\u00e1n erwarb das Landgut haupts\u00e4chlich wegen der Kellerei, um sich seiner gro\u00dfen Leidenschaft, der Weinherstellung, zu widmen. W\u00e4hrend vieler Jahrzehnte widmete sich die Kellerei der handwerklichen Weinherstellung und nutzte die Anlagen der alten Bodega: traditionelle Pressen aus Holz, die steinerne Kelter oder Trotte sowie die Zementtanks f\u00fcr die Lagerung des Weins.<\/p>\n

Mit der Zeit vergr\u00f6\u00dfert sich die Anbaufl\u00e4chen, das alte Wohnhaus und der Keller werden wieder aufgebaut und erweitert. Heute werden dort die Rubicon-Weine hergestellt.<\/p>\n

Die Kellerei liegt im Naturpark La Geria, inmitten von hundertj\u00e4hrigen Eukalyptusb\u00e4umen, und blickt feierlich auf den Timanfaya-Nationalpark.
\nDank der Hartn\u00e4ckigkeit von Don Germ\u00e1n ist der Traum, eine einzigartige Bodega zu schaffen, in der die Tradition von Lanzarote gewahrt wird, heute Realit\u00e4t geworden.<\/p>\n

Seine Kinder sind sich des Wertes dieses Verm\u00e4chtnisses bewusst und engagieren sich f\u00fcr die Zukunft.
